Subzero Motorsports allows for order cancellations within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an item has entered the processing or dispatch stage, cancellations are no longer permitted. For all approved cancellations, refunds are issued strictly to the original mode of payment and are typically processed within 7 working days, though the final timeline may vary depending on the specific payment provider and banking system.
In accordance with UAE financial regulations, all approved refunds from Subzero Motorsports are issued exclusively to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Please be advised that shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, clearance charges, and any associated transaction fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. All refund requests are subject to a mandatory technical inspection and approval process, and we do not offer cash refunds or alternative payment methods for any returned items
In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, Subzero Motorsports accepts return requests only for items that are:
- defective upon delivery
- incorrect
- damaged during transit
To be eligible, a formal return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the delivery date; any requests made after this timeframe will be automatically declined. All returned products must remain completely unused and in their original, factory-sealed packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return or refund at Subzero Motorsports, products must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories completely intact. Under UAE law, we strictly refuse returns on any items that have been opened, uninstalled, tested, fueled, or tampered with in any way. Please note that any sign of mechanical use or electrical connection renders the product non-refundable, as we maintain a firm policy against accepting returns for opened or used items.

The return meets policy and legal requirements Inspection findings are final and binding.
If a returned product fails inspection, it will be rejected and may be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of after 14 days if unclaimed. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be provided for rejected returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped via a registered and trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
